The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends the Parliament to adopt in the Second Reading and in Its Entirety the Bill on Amendments to Clause 38 of the Law "On Veterinary Medicine" (re Re-Registration and Issue of the Permit Copy)

The bill (Reg. No.7187) specifies the term of ‘an individual´ who performs an action involving animals (under the bill, it means "legal entities and sole proprietors").

The Committee members believe that the amendments will raise the legal awareness as to the receipt of permits for the organization of events involving animals.
